Terms of service
These terms cover your use of this website. Use of the DPDPNiti platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement between your organisation and us.

Draft — not yet reviewed by counsel. This document has been prepared by DPDPNiti and has not been reviewed by an external legal adviser. We publish it in draft rather than not at all, because you are entitled to know our position before you contact us. It will be replaced by a reviewed version before DPDPNiti is generally available.
The website
This website is published by AZpirations Services to describe the DPDPNiti product. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You may not represent it as your own, or use it to suggest that we endorse you.
What this website is not
- It is not legal advice. The summaries of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules on this site are our reading of the published text, provided to help you orient. They are not advice, they are not a substitute for counsel, and where they have not been reviewed by a lawyer we say so on the page.
- It is not an offer. Descriptions of tiers and capabilities are an invitation to talk, not a contract. Pricing is agreed in writing.
- It is not a compliance guarantee. No software can make an organisation compliant. DPDPNiti helps you decide what applies, do it, and show that you did.
Accuracy and roadmap statements
We describe the product as it is, and mark capabilities that are planned rather than built with the word “Coming”. A roadmap item is a present intention, not a commitment to a date. If a page says something is available and you find it is not, tell us at hello@dpdpniti.com and we will correct the page.
Availability
We make no promise that this website will be continuously available. We may change or withdraw any part of it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on this website's contents. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. The seat is stated in our written agreement where one exists.
